Minha vida melhorou significativamente depois que iniciei o Muay Thay, juntamente com o Thay Fit consegui perder 16 kg que achava imposs\u00edvel perder, isso tudo em 2 meses de projeto. Mais isso gra\u00e7as ao incentivo e apoio do professor Will que n\u00e3o media esforcos para n\u00f3s motivar cada dia mais, s\u00f3 tenho a agradecer tudo que ele fez em minha vida, que Deus continue te dando for\u00e7as para mudar a vida de muitas pessoas. O muaythai tem sido uma das melhores escolhas que eu tenha feito nos \u00faltimos tempos...Depois que comecei a treinar minha disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para executar qualquer atividade ficou bem melhor,o que antes me fazia cansar facilmente hoje tenho resist\u00eancia para realizar!! Estou na Team Vieira desde o in\u00edcio das atividades, gosto muito dos treinos, participei do projeto thai hfit e nem eu esperava o resultado que obtive, consegui emagrecer 7kg em 60 dias e melhorar muito o condicionamento f\u00edsico. Recomendo a todos.<\/p> <\/div>\n

Minha vida mudou no momento em que conheci o Muay Thai e o CT Team Vieira. Eu mudei fisicamente, mentalmente, em n\u00edveis em que nunca imaginei mudar, tudo por ter conhecido e obtido acesso a academia do Will e seus ensinamentos. Recentemente com o HFit, outro programa da academia, emagreci 8kg e perdi 7% de gordura corporal, e estes n\u00fameros sendo apenas os mais expressivos, junto vieram muitos outros benef\u00edcios como melhoria da auto estima, mais confian\u00e7a, felicidade, sa\u00fade e etc.<\/p> <\/div>\n
